Luluclass connects you with certified, vetted language teachers for live one-on-one lessons online. Browse teacher profiles, check their availability, book a lesson, and pay securely — all in one place. Your teacher will be with you at the scheduled time via our built-in video classroom.

You can browse all available teachers and filter by language, price, and availability. Each teacher has a detailed profile with their bio, teaching style, experience, and student reviews. You can also use our "Find My Teacher" tool to get a matched recommendation based on your level and goals.

New students can book their very first lesson on Luluclass for just $1. This gives you a chance to experience the platform and meet a teacher before committing to regular lessons. The offer is limited to one per person.

Our teachers currently specialise in English. We are actively expanding to include other languages — check back soon or sign up to be notified when new languages become available.

Lessons are available in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, depending on your preference and the teacher's offerings. You can choose the duration when booking.

Yes. You can request to reschedule a lesson through your dashboard and your teacher will need to approve the new time. Cancellation policies vary — please check the policy shown at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with a lesson, contact us at hello@luluclass.com within 24 hours of the lesson's end time and we'll do our best to make it right, including offering a credit or refund where appropriate.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You will be charged at the time of booking. Luluclass does not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Sign up for a teacher account at app.luluclass.com. You'll complete your profile, set your availability and lesson rates, and submit your credentials for review. Once approved, your profile will be visible to students and you can start accepting bookings.

Formal teaching certification is not strictly required, but teachers are expected to demonstrate strong language proficiency and the ability to deliver effective lessons. Certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL are a significant advantage and help build student trust.

You set your own lesson prices. You can update your rates at any time from your teacher dashboard. Prices are shown to students in USD.

Earnings are paid out to your account after lessons are completed, minus the Luluclass platform commission. Payout details and schedules are available in your teacher dashboard. Payments are processed via Stripe.

Luluclass charges a platform commission on each completed lesson. The exact rate is shown in your teacher dashboard. We believe in transparency — there are no hidden fees.

Absolutely. You have full control over your schedule. Set your available time slots in your dashboard and students can only book lessons during those times. You can update your availability at any time.

Luluclass works on any modern browser, including on mobile and tablet devices. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap — sign up to be notified when it launches.
