About Sharlene
Hi there. I am a teacher with many years of teaching children of all ages. I like to teach and watch students grow and improve in speaking English. I teach in a fun way and you will enjoy learning with me. On my spare time I like to enjoy being in nature and take long walks. I also like to read good books and travel. I recently got to visit Asia, and I really liked it. I also like to eat all different types of food from all over the world.
Teaching style
When I teach, I like to know my students well. You will also get to know me, and it is easier to learn from someone who is easy to talk to. I will introduce the lesson, to explain what we will be learning. Then show you briefly how to do the work (model) so that you are not intimidated or fearful. After the lesson is done, we will discuss how the lesson went and what you learned. That will be our wrap-up. The goal is to see you soar in learning. When you learn with me, you will become proficient in English conversation, improve your grammar, and have excellent pronunciation. Your writing will also improve. These skills will further enhance your English.
