About Priscilla Afrifa
Hi, I’m Priscilla, an English teacher with more than nine years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Basic Education, a Diploma in Basic Education, and a 120-hour TEFL certification. I have taught children, teenagers, and adults in both classroom and online settings and have completed more than 100 online English lessons.
I teach conversational English, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, public speaking, and confidence-building. I especially enjoy helping learners who know some English but struggle to express themselves clearly or confidently.
Outside teaching, I enjoy writing, creating educational content, learning new digital tools, and developing activities that make learning more practical and engaging.
Teaching style
My lessons are practical, interactive, and adapted to your age, level, and goals. You will not spend the whole lesson listening to me explain English. You will speak, practise, make mistakes, receive feedback, and try again.
I use guided speaking, role-plays, real-life situations, visuals, games, repetition, and structured questions to help you use English naturally. For children, lessons are energetic and visual. For teenagers and adults, lessons focus more on real communication, fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and organising ideas clearly.
I correct mistakes in a supportive way and explain grammar simply when needed. You can expect clear feedback, targeted practice, and lessons designed to help you become more confident and independent when using English.
