Hello, my name is lilianca. I'm a Cameroonian living and working in Thailand as a teacher, with a strong passion for help learners build confidence and fluency. Over the pass 8years I have thought English in Thailand. Working with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Like children and teenagers. This experience has thought me that every learners is unique so I tailor my lessons to suit individual goals, interest and learning styles. My teaching styles is friendly and interactive. I believe learning English should be fun and enjoyable so I create an environment where you can feel free to express yourself and make progress without the fear of making mistakes. Teaching style
I usually begin my lessons with greetings and a cute smile. I then proceed to know how my learners previous day was, what they ate and if the loved it. I do a nice warm up with an interesting song to help prepare my learners mind for the leason. I then ask if they are ready for the class. I introduce my lesson in the most friendly and comfortable way. I use repetition for better understanding of the leason. I the give my learners the opportunity to express themselves and ask questions if they have. I proceed to ask questions, this helps me to be sure my learner understands the lesson. I use different games, activities and songs for better understanding. I then end my lesson with questions like. Did you enjoy learning with me? a review and a cute good bye.
