About Hugo
Hello! My name is Hugo. I have been teaching online for almost 10 years! I currently live in Mexico, but have spent most of my life in the US. I speak both English and Spanish at a native level.
I love sports, music, traveling, food, dogs… and many more topics that I know we can have fun talking about.
I’ve always said: there is nothing better than learning something while you also have fun.

Teaching style
My lessons are very fun, interactive, and always trying to provide a safe space for my students to feel comfortable sharing their doubts, questions and practice what they learn along the way.
I prioritize creating an immersive environment, encouraging students to speak, providing useful tips and making assertive corrections during class. TPR for new learners is key ti grasp new vocabulary.
