Dear Students and Families,Welcome! My name is Gabriel Njonjo Kahato, and I am thrilled to be your English and Literature teacher. With over 19 years of classroom experience spanning primary to secondary levels, my background includes leading the English department at Oshwal Academy Nairobi and managing school-wide academic strategies as a Head of Academics. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Education and am completing my Master of Arts in Literature at Kenyatta University.As a Cambridge and IGCSE specialist, I deeply understand how to scaffold your literacy skills from early foundations up to examination-level analytical writing. Beyond the core curriculum, I passionatly lead creative writing programs and train Model United Nations (MSMUN) delegates to help build confident, internationally minded public speakers.Our classroom will be a highly supportive space where you can safely take intellectual risks, learn from mistakes, and find your unique voice.
